Help for some friends -

MHLL players,

We need your help! Garrett Breeling (son of Curt Breeling) and Pallen Brooks (son of Jon Brooks) have both been chosen to play on the Jr. Mammoth Lacrosse team. This is a great opportunity for these boys. They will be taking a trip to Vancouver this July to play in both an indoor and outdoor tournament.

The boys are having a Jr. Mammoth fundraising night on Friday February 5 at the Mammoth game, and will be playing a short half time game. The tickets are in the lower level and when purchased through the Jr. Mammoth, the regularly priced $22.00 tickets are only $20.00 with no service fees. (There is a service fee for Will Call pick up) The proceeds from these ticket sales go directly toward the Jr. Mammoth.

This is a great time for guys night out or just a fun night with family and friends! Please feel free to pass this email along to everyone you know. The boys will be playing in a couple other half time games as well, so look for future correspondence.

Go Mammoth!

This league is the brain child of Mike Lensing and Mark Staton. We want to provide an avenue for new adult players or novice players who have not played in a long time to learn and play lacrosse. We also want to provide a low key fun approach for players to learn the game. We will play one game each week with experienced players who are there to help you learn the basics of lacrosse and prepare you for more competitive lacrosse team/league.

Our goal is increase the adult population of lacrosse. We are encouraging new players, future coaches and officials to participate in this league.

We have had the opportunity to play in some great leagues over the year. Mark Staton and I are hoping to take the good and bad from those leagues and start something new.

Spring Season Start! - 03/07/10

With the Winter season half over, it is time to start thinking about spring! MHLL is proud to have our Spring Season registration now open for all players! Please register as soon as you can, and try to con your non lacrosse playing friends into doing the same. Wouldn't we all love to smack the Fantasy Football guru, who always beats you every year, SAFELY in the head with a metal pole, all in the name of learning and fun!? Or how about that friend that swears baseball is actually cool to watch and drags you out to games so you can enjoy over priced beer, and a game that's as fast paced as a sloth's ascent of a tree? Bring them on down! Games will be played at David Lorenz park at County Line and Colorado on Sunday's starting March 7th through May 16th and will feature a season ending playoff/championship. We look forward to seeing you out there!
